Do you think General Shinya's strategy will work?
The Eastern Front
General Shinya's strategy is to press his enemy and depend on attracting disaffected elements in the Dominion's population. He will stretch his supply lines probably snapping them. Do you think his strategy will work? If desired discuss your reasons.

Re: The Eastern Front
The strategies that depend of the opposite side internal problems is usually not very good. Japan military command have a tendency toward "break the enemy morale" strategy, so it is explanable for Shinya, but I must point out that this strategy never actually worked for Japanese. Especially against the totalitarian theocratic society, that mantain rigid control over general population.

Re: The Eastern Front
you have to remember, in most cases the populations japan had conquered weren't THAT disaffected, except perhaps in the dutch east indies. the population in shinya's theater are HIGHLY disaffected, assuming they aren't slaughtered before he can get to them.it was mentioned by the locals in guayak that there are very few dominion troops in far south america, and most of those are reservists and territorials. shinya's biggest problem will be ammuntion for his artillery and modern small arms and evacuating his wounded
